How to Use This Workspace
This Notion workspace mirrors the five canons of the WISER Method: Witness, Interrogate, Solve, Expand, and Refine. Each section contains the databases and templates your team needs for that phase.
Quick Start
- Set up your team in the Team Setup section. Assign positions (Sponsor, Architect, Sage, Scout, Smith, Keeper).
- Start your Playbook. Fill in the charter: project name, objectives, constraints, and initial risks.
- Begin with Witness. Use the Friction Map to document where work breaks down.
- Move through each canon as your project progresses. The databases track everything.
- Use Rhythm for ongoing team meetings, retrospectives, and canon transitions.
Key Concepts
- Playbook: Your living project document. Updated continuously as you learn.
- Canons: The five phases of WISER (Witness, Interrogate, Solve, Expand, Refine). Not strictly sequential; you iterate.
- Positions: Team roles (not job titles). One person can hold multiple positions.
- Plays: Specific activities within each canon. Each has clear inputs, steps, and outputs.
